8fans has been a leading manufacturer of fishing and hunting products for the last decade. In March of 2024 I put together a video promoting some products for their website.
Lewisburg Football Banquet Video
I had the opportunity to put together a video for the culmination of the Lewisburg Area High School 2023 football season. The video is a look back at the highlights of the season as well as a farewell to the seniors. It was a blast to relive some of my favorite high school memories in creating this project.
Club Life Documentary
Club Life is a documentary short that follows the men’s club lacrosse team at Elon University throughout their 2022 fall season. This was a solo film project that I made during the penultimate semester of my senior year of college. I was 100% responsible for all aspects of production, from planning to shooting to editing and distributing. I wanted to challenge myself in my final year of school, and while there are things still to work on, I’m happy with how the film turned out. HorizonGo Training Video
This instructional training video was created during my internship with Glen Raven Logistics in the summer of 2022. It is intended to cut down on the in-person training element for new company drivers. Instead, the drivers can watch this video to learn everything they need to know about HorizonGo, a software application that the company is beginning to use for logistical organization. I was responsible for all aspects of production on this project, including doing a cost analysis of different equipment that would be purchased for the production as well as learning StudioBinder, a pre-production software.
Cross Country Adjusting
In the winter of 2021, I had the opportunity to do some work for Connor Thomas of Thomas Film Productions. The two of us flew to Georgia to film a 30-second spot for his client, Cross Country Adjusting. Working as a 2-man team, we shot both A-roll and B-roll of the company’s new state-of-the-art training facility. This footage would then be edited together and used as marketing material at a convention.
UFC X Social Hub
In July 2023, I flew out to Las Vegas to work as Assistant Technical Director on the UFC’s production of UFC X Social Hub. I performed a number of tasks, ranging from camera operation to assisting with the switcher, as well as the setup and breakdown of our set. Our team stayed live on air for about seven hours while filming a variety of podcasts during the UFC 290 Expo.
